    RECIPES

    Breakfast:
    2 unsweetened, lightly salted rice cakes
    1 TBSP Santa Cruz Organic Creamy dark roasted peanut butter
    Organic Blueberries
    Cinnamon

    Lunch: Veggie Plate
    1/4 of a cucumber
    6-8 mini carrotts
    4-5 sweet mini peppers
    10 RW Garcia Sweet Potato crackers
    3 oz. smoked salmon
    2 TBSP hummus (no sugar added)

    Snack: Protein Shake
    1 heaping scoop of Care/of Plant Protein (vanilla)
    1 cup frozen fruit
    1/2-1 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup water
    *can add nut butter or yogurt for more creaminess/taste

    Dinner: Chicken Stir-fry (SO EASY!)
    1-2 lbs of chopped boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 large bag of starry veggies (or chop your own - carrots, cabbage, broccoli, etc.)
    2 TBSP olive oil/coconut oil
    1/4-1/3 cup coconut amigos (to taste preference)
    2 cloves of garlic
    Teriyaki Sauce to taste (sugar free if possible)
    Siracha!
